yummy cake treats from Cake Opera Co.This past weekend I was happy to join The Wedding Co. at the Carlu, for the celebration of The Wedding Show's 10th anniversary. I was oohing, and aahing from the second I stepped out of the elevator. It was simply beautiful and there was definitely something romantic in the air... Cake displays, gorgeous flower arrangements, not to mention a lovely eight-foot-round cake made out of paper! The boutique-inspired design boasted an excellent collection of The Wedding Co's hand-selected exhibitors. All of them offering something unique and special.

*My interview with The Wedding Show founder, Catherine Lash.
*Attendees were treated to cake and champagne for the unveiling of The Crane Chandelier Project- an art installation made from over 10,000 origami cranes that were signed by engaged and newly wed couples from around North America.
*I had a good time laughing, chatting and sharing stories with a lot of the exhibitors... I'm so proud of all the women that are successfully running their unique businesses, embracing their passions and following their dreams. Very inspiring.
