O-EM-GEE! I found Isle of Eden researching for my Beauty Chemistry final project and I am in LOVE!
They are a company based out of Merritt Island, Florida. The brainchild of this fantastic line is Alexa - Here's her MySpace. They make beautiful and scrumption bath and body products that are to DIE for. This is what I want for my birthday, for Christmas, for Valentines day and for every occassion from this day forward! Each and everyone is custom made and made to order to check out their TAT (Turn around time... if you are buying it for a present). There are only a few thing in life that make my heart sing! And Isle of Eden is one of them. LOVES

Well this could be fun!
IOE might have had issues with TAT in the past, but lately, things have been getting better. I've ordered from them a few times and it's a lot faster now (used to take 5-6 months to receive orders, now it only takes maybe a few weeks at most). Some people may hate on IOE, but there's still people out there who like them... despite what the haters say (many of which have probably never even ordered from IOE, they just like participating in drama), I'd still recommend their products.
I was turned on to Isle of Eden through a forum sale. I have read a lot of people's complaints online about Isle of Eden, especially about it taking 5 to 6 months to receive an order, WoW! That's forever! I would be upset if my order took that long! Did they offer refunds? or send emails out when that happened? Needless to say I have never heard so many bad things about a small business before! So I was a bit weary of making an order at first but their products are so tempting! I decided to take a chance, and placed a medium sized order. I received it in the stated TAT in July 09, and was very pleased with all the creamy sugary goodies! Maybe they had the help walk out on them during the time that those orders got behind, who knows?! From my experience customer service has been awesome! They have been nothing but fast, friendly, personable and communicative with me when answering questions or dealing with order issues, and I really appreciate that about them. I really can't speak for other people, but the negativity does seem a bit excessive, sometimes people don't even write about a bad experience, they just say its bad...?! It would be more helpful for people if the responses were less obnoxious and more informative I think. I definitely disagree with calling anyone "stupid" or making assumptions, cuz bad things happen to good people all the time. All of my experiences with this company have been awesome! I've made six orders so far, my favorite products thus far are the bath frostings they are so creamy and thick, luv it! Isle of Eden is totally worth raving about I'm in love with their products, they look and smell like desserts!
I love Isle of Eden. I've ordered many, many times. Yes, the turnaround time was bad last year, but Alexa is helpful, and has never (from what I have read from many sources), not taken care of anyone's needs.
All of my orders have been amazing, and I am addicted to quite a few of their scents and the scrubs are awesome.
A lot of haters seem to have it out for Isle of Eden, but like I said, my experience has been wonderful, and for my friends I have recommended to them, too.
I hope they stay around forever.

All I can say is that I love the scrubs and fragrances. I've never gotten a bad fragrance from Isle of Eden. Ever. I love their Almond Candy Marshmallow White Cake, and Alexa is always helpful. I'm a fan forevah ;)
PS. Yes, I know the turnaround time can be longer, but I'd rather get quality products. Alexa needs to hire more help!! Please...so we can get our goodies faster! ;)
I've been waiting 7 weeks for a single product. I've emailed them, but they say they are too busy. However they keep holding BOGO sales on the very product I ordered. It's looking like they are just holding sales, but not sending orders.
I've emailed other people and they say they are in the same situation. They ordered early Nov. thinking they would have items as Christmas gifts, but it's Dec. 24 and all Isle of Eden has done is begin another sale.
My advice...before the 45 day Paypal limit hits, cancel your order.
I'm in the same situation and I don't think we'll be getting our orders, especially if they're closing down.

Isle of Eden is not shutting down. And you WILL get your order. If you are having issues with your order, send an email to them. You will be pleasantly surprised to know that they are very nice people, who are willing to make their customers happy. I know this from personal experience. They don't have a lot of workers, because they are not a large company, like say, Bath and Body Works. So yes, TAT's are going to be longer.
